What should you do during egg collection cycle
Eat healthy. Your body need all essential nutrients during this period.
Drink a lot of water at least 1.5 -2 litre a day.
If you feel bloat or abdominal fullness, try to eat smaller amount but more frequent instead.
Be happy, optimistic and relax.
Don't forget any of your medicine. If you're not sure or you miss something, please confirm with your clinic as soon as possible.
Have more protein, maybe 2-3 white eggs a day.
Always confirm the supplements you use with your doctor before starting the stimulation. esp. DHEA MUST be stopped before ovarian stimulation.
If you feel so bloating as much as you cannot even drink some water, please report to your doctor immediately.
If you have abdominal pain with vomiting, please report to your doctor immediately.
After egg-collection, you might have light vaginal bleeding esp for the first 1-2 days.
About 7-10 days after egg-collection, your period usually comes (it maybe 5-10 days earlier than your usual period but that's the way love goes).
The bloating might be even worse after egg-collection, however, all the bloat must be gone right after you have period. If you still have symptoms, please reach for your doctor.
