During embryo transfer
Your stress level will accelerating through the roof after embryo transfer until pregnancy test. Too much stress prevents embryo to implant as well. Please find or list your 'spark joy' activity to help you dealing with your stress during that period beforehand.
Use all the prescription as instructed. If you are unsure or might use it incorrerct, please consult with your doctor ASAP.
Uterus is a well-protected organ. It's fastened to your pelvic bone, the strongest bone in your body, with strong ligaments. Hence, while you perform your daily activity, your uterus is barely move. After embryo transfer, please live normally. You can walk, talk, go up and down the stairs, drive your car, or even light exercise. Bedrest does not help you get pregnant but make you pregnant less. This is a scientifically proven fact.
If you have to hold your bladder during embryo transfer, please get up and drain that right after embryo transfer. Holding your pee incrase risk of bladder infection and embryo fails to implant.
Relax! Find some activities to do with your spouse to help you feel good. Distract your mind from womb and embryo. Obsessing about that does not help with pregnant.
